What type of property is available?

Costa de la Luz

One of the most popular property hot spots is the Costa de la Luz. The Costa de la Luz or ‘coast of light’ is a 200km stretch of beautiful unspoilt coastline to the far south west of Andalusia. It stretches to the south from Huelva past Cadiz to Tarifa, opposite Gibraltar. Costa de la Luz is also known as the Spanish Algarve, and the Costa de la Luz offers undiscovered peace and tranquility, golden sandy beaches washed by clear blue seas and surrounded by sweeping dunes, majestic pine forests, rolling hills anda countryside dotted with traditional whitewashed villages. The region is cut in half by the Donana National Park, which is home to many wild animals and birds.

Travelling west of Donana and towards the Portuguese border, there are a number of quality developments with hotels, villa complexes and golf courses. These include Matalascanas, Playa de Mazagon and Playa de la Antilla. Along the coast to the south of Cadiz there are a number of resorts including the rapidly developing complexes of Zahara de las Atunes and Chiclana.
